5 Minutes of Family Business! Updates, Season Previews and Surprises

Stephanie Muiña:
Foreign. Hey everyone and welcome to the family business with the Alessi's. Stephanie is here with my husband, Christopher Muiña And we are just so excited that season eight of the Alessi Family Business Podcast will be finally launching in the fall. We are so excited to start season eight. It's just going to be full of so many fun things that we've had going on in our family, but a lot of things to come. So buckle up, stay tuned, it's going to be a blast. But gosh, so much has happened in the last two months.

Stephanie Muiña:
It's like we live a different life now. It almost seems. What's going on?

Christopher Muiña:
Well, I don't know about that, but yeah, we do have some, some things. We have a good summer and then some things that we're looking forward to. We've made some of it public on, on the podcast, but some of it is maybe we'll be kind of sharing in season eight.

Stephanie Muiña:
Yeah.

Christopher Muiña:
With not only us, but other family members, just what's going on in our life. Of course, hunting season is coming up also in the fall, so I can't. I have to mention that I think.

Stephanie Muiña:
That'S really the only thing you are aware of right now is probably just hunting season. That's all you're thinking about all the time, which I. Hey, I respect that.

Christopher Muiña:
Did you know you're the only one in the family?

Stephanie Muiña:
No, you're not. Did you know that my sister's getting married October 3rd?

Christopher Muiña:
Yep. That's just before hunting season.

Stephanie Muiña:
That's good. Have you bought your suit for the.

Christopher Muiña:
We got that.

Stephanie Muiña:
The wedding.

Christopher Muiña:
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Stephanie Muiña:
Did you buy your hunting gear first? I did. You did. You had your hunting gear, I think last Christmas. You got the hunting gear.

Christopher Muiña:
Yeah, yeah.

Stephanie Muiña:
That's amazing. Well, Gaby's getting married October 3rd to Christian Katayud. That's going to be a lot of fun. We've just been celebrating. We. That I feel is the. Feels like a different life.

Christopher Muiña:
Yeah. And they're renovating their new house. So I'm sure they're gonna wanna talk about that whole journey of what that's been going on there.

Stephanie Muiña:
Yes. But Chris and Richelle are doing their thing. They're gonna be. It's. They're having an awesome. They had an awesome summer. We spent a lot of time away with the family, traveling. You and I went to Spain in May.

Stephanie Muiña:
That was a good time. We went to Palma de Mallorca and that was a beautiful time. But it's just going to be awesome. We have our. The holidays coming up. More family Drama to come.

Christopher Muiña:
We might be in a new home come end of the year.

Stephanie Muiña:
Yes, we might.

Christopher Muiña:
So that'll be a big change.

Stephanie Muiña:
I know a lot of people are following us on that journey and, you know, Miami. Has it gotten any easier? No, I don't think so. But our faith has gotten stronger, that's for sure. Our kids are turning two in November. Matthew will be two. Gianna will be. She's three years old. Marino's gonna be two next.

Stephanie Muiña:
Or he's already two. What am I saying? Marino turned two. Yeah, but they're having an awesome time. Lauren's got some fun additions to her life, and that's all I'm gonna say.

Christopher Muiña:
Yeah, that's all we're permitted to say.

Stephanie Muiña:
We can't say anything else. But no, the family is just doing amazing. And we just. Of course we want to just say thank you to everybody that keeps on listening, keeps on supporting, because we truly love to talk about all of these fun topics. What we've learned, what we've gained, what we've lost, the ups and downs of life, but to keep it all within the family. And we just absolutely love sharing that with all of you.

Christopher Muiña:
And I think there's kind of an aspect of it, of when will we run out of things or topics or things to talk about. And in reality, things are always changing in our life and in our family. And if that's happening in us, then that means it's happening to our viewers as well. So there's going to be constant topics and things going on that we. That we want to dive into and hopefully our listeners will. Will receive from.

Stephanie Muiña:
So true. No. And our family is changing all the time. Like, life is changing, and we're about to enter into a season where, like, most of the kids are married, moved out of the house. My parents are almost empty nesters, but it's weird to even apply that term to them because they are full nesters. They always are doing something. They always have a plan, always have a vision. So even them, they're stepping into a new season.

Stephanie Muiña:
We're stepping into a new season with our family looking for a home. And I'm believing any minute now we're going to find one. But there's just a lot of good change and the dynamic is shifting in a good way. And it's really beautiful how our family is growing and we just can't wait to take you along for the ride. So please stay tuned. Season eight. I can't believe we've done seven seasons of this show. It's insane.
