Whether it’s leaning on veterans who have been there before or finding a squad in the same season, community is the difference-maker. I'm still learning every single day, but the biggest lesson I’ve embraced is the power of simply asking for help at every crossroad. It makes the journey doable, sustainable, and so much lighter.
